Accessible360 Review
What is Accessible360?
The human technology company, as they are known; Accessible360 is a hybrid accessibility solution that combines automated and manual remediation methods to provide their customers with an all-round accessibility fix.
Accessible360 has a powerful, fully accessible, issue and project management plan for websites, apps, IoT, and documents. It promises live-audit for all its customers’ digital products because it believes that every website deserves a proper check by people with disabilities.
Accessible360 Service(s) and Features
Writing accessible code should just be a natural part of software development. However, this can only be achieved when accessibility testing is weaved into software development processes such as design, development, testing, and monitoring.
Accessible360 provides a range of accessibility testing kits that can be adopted during development and across the entire development cycle. The technology combines manual testing by skilled developers with automated scans to detect accessibility issues and provides recommendations for fixes to developers in a way that makes the report useful and actionable for website accessibility remediation.
Accessible360 has a Roadmap describing its journey to remediating digital products.
The Roadmap is categorized into three key areas and services websites, web applications, mobile apps, and PDFs. It provides a course for different types of organizations – eCommerce, digital agencies, real estate, law firms, government agencies, etc.
Assess
This stage involves a thorough examination of user-needs and digital assets through live-audits performed by disabled people.
The objectives are to provide quick remediation through developer-focused audit reports and proactively solve problems.
Enable
This process involves providing support for development & remediation through a help desk, and staff training in WCAG 2.0 competence.
The objectives are to empower clients to develop sites and apps with accessibility in mind and teach customers how digital accessibility can help their businesses.
Stay
Accessible360 conducts a verification exercise of its clients’ digital products prior to launch. It also monitors customer assets for changes to alert them in the event of a discovery of problems.
The objectives of this process are the protection of digital accessibility investments, maintenance of compliance and usability, and reduction of potential legal action risks.
The Accessible360 team prides itself in its ability to collaborate with in-house teams of its clients to train staff using WCAG 2.0 AA and work with customer organizations to build long-term plans for scalable accessibility success.
Other features are
A360 HUB Dashboard
A fully accessible dashboard proving issue and project management for websites, apps, IoT and documents. It allows customers to record milestones and see the status and history of their project for stronger legal protection.
Accessibility Issue Reports
Customers can report, filter, and group issues to easily find what they need. Details such as custom fixes, WCAG guidelines, screenshots, and links to Accessible360’s so-called Knowledge Base articles can be viewed by customers to enable them better understand the impact and priority of their issues
Integrated Knowledge Base
The Knowledge base is fully integrated into customer issue reports to help find out more about errors and how to fix them. There are also examples and code samples provided to help save time troubleshooting issues.
Integrated Help Desk
A dedicated customer support section where customers can get specific answers to questions regarding their digital assets.
A360 HUB Integration Connectors
Accessible360 provides bi-directional integration to Jira Cloud Server for a seamless workflow between systems.
Accessible360 Pricing
The website for Accessibility360 provides no pricing information, as is all too common for the web accessibility sector. Instead of having a standard quote, users are encouraged to get in touch with the company for a custom quote. People who wish to avoid dealing with salespeople or have an idea of the types of plans offered before contacting a company will, however, be disappointed.
Accessible360 Platform and Support
The options for support aren’t so impressive. Accessible360 provides users with an email address and a physical address for regular old snail mail. The platform has no live chat, but it does have a phone number (which unfortunately isn’t toll-free). Additionally, there are no FAQs anywhere on the website so users who don’t have an account yet can’t gather basic information without contacting Accessible360.
How-to instructions | Live chat | Phone | Address | |

Why Accessible360? Pros and Cons

The Final Verdict on Accessible360
A hybrid solution, Accessible360 has numerous useful features such as the A360 Roadmap, The A360 HUB, and a live-audit process carried out by people with disabilities. Although there aren’t any pricing clues on the websites, the combination of features is sure to give users value for their money. Sure, Accessible360 could improve on its support options and offer more information about its pricing, but it’s a pretty decent solution.
Although Accessible360 doesn’t have a FAQs page, they do have a glossary covering commonly used accessibility terms which at least helps to give the user some guidance.
Taking stock of everything, Accessible360 is definitely a platform worth trying out! Have you used Accessible360 before? Drop a comment and let me know.
